At my boutique psychotherapy practice, I provide deeply personalized care designed to help each client create the life they truly want to live. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerful modality that works directly with our emotional core. Rather than trying to “logic away” pain, IFS gently gives our wounded parts the love, acceptance, and permission they have long needed but may not have received during times of trauma, neglect, or emotional disconnection. By honoring emotions instead of arguing with them, IFS allows clients to heal old wounds at the root and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What sets my practice apart is the focus on holistic growth through small, meaningful steps. I help clients identify and achieve intermediate therapeutic goals that, when woven together, create lasting transformation and wholeness.
